--Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead
Easter fellowship is so sweet. The Barans and the Georges shared our celebration feast. We watched Josh and Stephen's rendition of the Happy Hands Club captured on film last church talent night. We put a roll of mentos into a 2 liter bottle of diet coke and watched it explode. Philip called and after much cutting out and trying to get the speaker phone to work, we managed to get an update on mission work in Serbia, which is slow, so slow. We watched music videos and movie trailers and Josh wants to visit Toronto in order to see the Lord of the Rings musical. Christy and I exchanged much needed neck massages. Jeremy and I argued about Macs versus Windows. Jeremy, Stephen, Josh, and Christy (but mostly Jeremy because he can type the fastest) tried to trick my friends who were online by using my IM screenname, but Benjamin Fisk realized that no matter what anyone might claim, "sweet ride" and "awesome dude" were not phrases that form part of my regular vocabulary, and was thus not fooled by a high school boy's impersonation of me. Much laughing over proposed pranks and projects. Jeremy's proposal of a chemical party, serving liquid nitrogen ice cream as the main refreshment. Discussions of European cultures, Eastern orthodoxy, globalization, and microeconomics.
A full and fun day. Good night all.
