My mom, being one of those drama and theatre people, apparently has some costume wigs lying about our house. So in order to counteract the rapture of my dad's hair, she supplied him with a few optional models. This reminds me of something out of Christopher Guest...
Anyway, if anyone ever feels that I have too much of a bizarre sense of humor, well, this is where I get it from.... (Did I mention that I got my mom into Arrested Development?)
That second one does look like the one that Tobias dons in season 3 ("I was told it was a 'bob.'")
