Now that I've met you, would you object to never seeing each other again?
So tragic and beautiful all at the same time. Like the Magnolia flowers we found.

Whose quote is that? Sounds like something from Charlie's Aunt.
Posted by: Papa at 30.04.07 15:54It's a quote from Magnolia, a film as bizarre as it was tragic. Only a film such as Magnolia can make a rainfall of frogs into a truly poignant moment.
Posted by: funke at 30.04.07 16:08The Charley's Aunt version goes like this:
Mongolia, stop shrieking your duties!
Ah, the good old days of Peyton High School drama club...
Posted by: funke at 30.04.07 16:38Well, actually, that'd be from "But Why Bump Off Barnaby?" The Charley's Aunt version would have to be: "Magnolia! Where the Magnates come from!!" To be shortly followed by "Oh, Scotland? Where the scotch comes from?" or "Brazil - where the nuts come from!!"
Just thought I'd clarify for you. :) (What are little sisters for, especially when you misquote their part in a play....)
